Refund policy

We have a 14-day product replacement policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a new replacement product for the same product. 

To be eligible for a new product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept requests for change-of-mind as items are made-to-order for each customer. Please be mindful when choosing an item. We only accept requests for faulty goods.

To start a replacement, you can contact us at b.westerhofservices@outlook.com. Please note that the faulty product does not have to be send back to us. You have to make sharp pictures and send those. We will assess if it is a faulty good.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a new and same product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
